Important information:

We don't stock spare parts but can help you identify what's required - you can then source them and return the following month to complete the repair.

Please ensure that textiles are freshly laundered and other items are clean eg. tip crumbs out of toasters, empty hoovers and lawn mowers etc. Also, if you're bringing a CD player, lamp or similar, please bring a CD, bulb or appropriate item so we can test the item.

If you have an item or repair that is unusual or complex, feel free to drop us a line ahead of the session and we will do our best to advise.

Please note:

  • We can’t accept gas or fuelled items as we don’t have the facilities to test these safely; and we can’t presently help with woodwork repairs or non-battery clocks.
  • We ask visitors to bring one item only so that we can see everyone attending.
  • Whilst we will do our best to repair items, we can offer no guarantee for the repairs carried out and are not liable for future faults or failures.
